2.5. Arsenic Removal Filter

The main feature of arsenic "absorption" systems is that they have media content that can trap arsenic.

Advantages: No chemical dosage is required and there is no arsenic content in the drainage water released after backwashing. Drainage waters can be easily discharged.

In the design of arsenic absorption units, substances such as antimony, silica, phosphate, vanadium etc. in water also plays an important role. These parameters, like arsenic, are trapped in the media and cause the media life to be exhausted in less time than anticipated. For this reason, detailed water analysis should be requested.
