* ANTISCALLANT
Antiscalant is dosed to raw water before RO that provides scaling and
clogging that could be caused by ion precipitation inside the membranes due to
large spectrum threshold effect.
* SODIUM META BISULFITE
Excess chlorine inside water can cause hydrolyze in the RO membranes
with irreversible damages. Sodium Metabisulfite is dosed in the water which
reacts quickly with the excess oxidant substance and prevents the damage.
* ACID
Raw seawater pH value should be reduced at the RO inlet in order to
prevent lime deposit risk. pH balancing will also maintain antiscalant
consumption at optimum values.
* BOILER WATER CONDITIONING CHEMICALS
