While we provide our solutions, we offer the possibilities for turnkey inside building, under shelter options as well as the containerized solutions, which enable the rapid commissioning of the system, which pre-installed at the factory prior to the shipment.

Water Sample Analysis & System Design
We provide the service for water sample analysis in agreed laboratories for customers that demand. The system design is done according to the results of the water sample quality and customer’s requirements. During the design, we use Special Projection Softwares provided by the Membrane and Chemical Products suppliers. These projections enables us to choose the accurate type end the dimensioning of the membranes and the chemicals for this particular system. Following the equipment selections, the Mass Balance Calculation, the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) are done. When all calculation are completed the P&ID is drawn where all pipe, fittings, instruments for measurements and control, flow control valves, process equipment and tanks are determined. The finalized version of the project is presented to the customer as a technical offer for his approval.
Containerized Solutions:
The system already installed inside the container at the factory is carried
to the site. With all water inlet and outlet and power connections ready the
system is quickly branched and commissioned after a short period of in site
settings.
These systems require only a solid concrete foundation to support the container and water and power connections. The system can de commissioned as soon as the necessary settings are completed.
Rain Water Treatment:
Rain water collected within the customers facility can be treated and recycled for irrigation and cleaning purposes. This way we can decrease fresh water consumption hence the heavy burden on the environment.
Grey Water Treatment:
Grey water can be defined as waste water coming from showers, baths, sinks, of houses or workplaces. Almost 80 % of the domestic waste water can be considered as Grey Waste Water. Grey Water treatment provide recycled water not suitable for drinking.
Cooling Tower Control Systems:
It is crucial that water used in Cooling Tower to be free of sedimentation,
deposits, corrosives, sludge, microbial pollution and silica. The special
chemicals that are dosed to the system enable the water to reach the desired
quality for Cooling Tower use.
Technologies Used:
Prefiltration: At prefiltration stage screening for
particles between 5 – 100 microns are done. AQUAMATCH is the
Turkey distributor for BERNOULLI Filters used for
prefiltration.
Media Filter Systems: During Media Filtering Multimedia Filters (MMF), Activated carbon Filters (ACF), Fe – Mn Removal Filters, NO3 Removal Filters or As Removal Filters are used separately or together depending on the required treatment procedure.
Ultrafiltration Systems (UF): With UF Water is treated at 0.02-micron precision. Thus, most of bacteria and virus are removed from the water.
Nanofiltration Systems (NF): NF is used for particle removal after
Ultrafiltration up to 1 – 10 nm level.
Reverse Osmosis Systems (RO): RO systems removes all soluble ions (particularly Na+ and Cl- ions) that remain from water. Depending on the water characteristics Single or Double Pass systems are used. These processes are also called BWRO (Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis) or SWRO (Sea Water Reverse Osmosis) depending on the raw water’s nature. Energy Recovery:
The most important drawback for RO systems was the high power consumption.
Over the course of time R&D efforts made possible to reduce the required
power consumption. The most common technologies used are “Turbo
Charger” and “Pressure Exchanger”. “Turbo Charger” is a
relatively older technology and “Pressure Exchanger” more newer. Pressure
exchangers use the pressure of the drain water outlet line as the energy
booster for the system’s High Pressure pump. This way the power needed for the
high pressure pumps drops significantly.
New generation “Pressure Exchangers” supply more energy recovery and therefore less power is needed for the High Pressure pumps which results in broader use.
Degasser: Degasser system provide the CO2 removal at the highest possible rate thaks to fillers inside the unit that widen the air-water contact surface.
MBDI Mixed Bed Demiralization Systems: Anionic and cationic resins inside MBDI unit
provide further removal of ions in the water and deliver “demineralized
water”. It is particularly used for preparing Make-up water in
boiler water applications, Condense line treatment and Silica
Removal.
EDI Electro De-Ionization: Electro deionization systems (EDI), are
top most advanced systems used in order to obtain water at high purity level.
EDI systems consist of cells with semi permeable membranes and resin
fillers. Under electric field action ions in the water are moved to + and -
poles and the water itself becomes purified.
EDI systems are continuous systems and do not need backwash or regeneration. EDI drain water can be directed to RO inlet line and thus recovered.
Softeners: Softeners are used in the purpose of removal of Ca and Mg ions remained in the water after the previous processes using Ion Exchange Method and thus obtaining softened water.
